Parfums Encanteau was born from a desire to infuse everyday life with wonder and enchantment.

Our fragrances are more than beautiful scents; they are sparks of joy, doorways to connect with the world.  We believe that perfume is a form of personal expression and identity. That it can, and should be, a source of emotional well-being. 

Our desire to create and share is deeply rooted in Prince Edward Island’s seaside splendour and uplifting human kindness. We craft fragrances that embody unpretentious sophistication and understated elegance. Parfums Encanteau is about humble and mindful luxury. 

Our perfumer is an award-winning sommelier who has championed the importance of terroir for decades. So, when we say that superb, meticulously sourced ingredients from around the globe are at the heart of our fragrances, we truly mean it.

Global meets local - we sustainably forage and tincture local botanical ingredients to further imbue our fragrances with a sense of place. 

Parfums Encanteau crafts both all-natural fragrances and fragrances that blend high levels of naturals with synthetic ingredients.  When we use synthetic ingredients, it is often for the purpose of increasing the sustainability of our fragrances by replacing products derived from endangered plant species with ingredients issued from white biotechnology. We want to give our customers choices that align with their values.   

Our perfumes are created in micro batches. Each fragrance is blended, aged, macerated, filtered (some of our fragrances are left minimally filtered) and bottled by hand in our studio on Prince Edward Island, Canada. To do it right and get the best results, this labour of love takes three months to complete for each batch.
