Shipping policy 

Shipping & Delivery Time 

We can't wait for you to receive your fragrances!  We do our best to ensure your perfumes are packaged safely and shipped to you as soon as possible. We do our best to have them packed and shipped within 1-3 business days from the initial order date but please note that orders placed during sales and promotions will be subject to a longer processing and shipping time.

Parfums Encanteau is based in Victoria Cross, Prince Edward Island, Canada. 

For shipping across Canada, we use either Canada Post or UPS or Fedex or Purolator depending on your location. Please allow 2-10 business days for delivery, or refer to your tracking number for updates on the arrival time. Rates are calculated at check out.  

We currently do not ship outside of Canada.  

Lost Packages 

Please contact us (info@encanteau.com) if you suspect your package is lost in transit. 

Returned Packages 

If a package is returned to us for reason such as wrong address, we will refund you the cost of the item but not shipping cost.
